📋 Description

• Guiding SMEs through tailored business acceleration programs. • Uncovering profit improvement opportunities and support succession and exit planning. • Provide clarity and leadership guidance as a trusted mentor. • Leveraging thexton armstrong’s proven methodologies to deliver actionable and measurable business outcomes. • Actively develop client relationships and collaborate with SME leaders. • Contributing to fostering strategic growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Proven expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, with experience in working with SMEs or similar industries is a plus. • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and mentor business leaders effectively. • Knowledge of business strategy, leadership development, and succession planning processes. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a business consultancy practice. • Previous experience in leadership or senior executive roles is advantageous. • Proficiency in both German and English is a must.
