🎯 Requirements
•You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a varied background (startups, scale-ups, large corporations, consulting). You’re comfortable with both delivery and discovery. •You’ve already helped product teams grow in their skills and know how to simplify complex concepts. •You love teaching and advising: delivering training, sharing frameworks, and challenging product organizations motivates you. •You have an analytical and strategic mindset, enabling you to structure and transform product organizations. You’re curious and keep up with the latest in Product Management and market best practices. •Tools like Claude, Replit, Cursor, and Lovable aren’t indie movie titles to you: they’re tabs you've actually opened at least once, probably alongside Figma, Jira, or a Notion doc filled with discovery notes. •You are fluent in both English and German, and can work comfortably in multilingual, international environments.
