📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) across multiple teams • Support teams in applying Agile principles and Scrum framework • Coach team members on estimation, definition of done, and sprint planning • Help teams become more self-organized and improve delivery flow • Identify and remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals • Share team performance metrics and insights with stakeholders • Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals • Encourage healthy team dynamics and cross-team coordination • Other job duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT delivery, including time as a Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role • Experience working with Salesforce development teams • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices • Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally) and Microsoft 365 • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Preferred: PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification; Salesforce certification a plus
