Our Senior Network Engineers are a valued member of the Managed Services Infrastructure Practice – Network and Voice Services team responsible for providing subject matter expertise incident management, service request management, and change management infrastructure support for all Managed Services customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with operational administration of Network Infrastructure • 9+ years working with monitoring platforms; LogicMonitor a plus • 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Cisco Infrastructure • 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Palo Alto Infrastructure • 4+ years of experience with operational administration of NetScaler Infrastructure • Experience with GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, FortiClient • Advanced experience with Cisco ISE, BGP/EIGRP/OSPF, FMC + FTD/ASA • Background with enterprise Routing and Switching technologies • Knowledge and experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols • Experience with more than two enterprise LAN, SD-WAN and WAN topologies • Strong background with operational administration of Network Management Systems and IPAM • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills • High level problem-solving and communication skills • Strong oral and written communications skills • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience • CCIE R&S or Security, PCNSE or equivalent level certification desired.
