📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Energy Storage Treasury Manager Locations: FULLY REMOTE (Anywhere in the USA) • This is an opportunity to join an industry leading renewable energy venture with strong private equity backing that is focused on the development, execution, and operations of dynamic utility-scale energy storage projects. • They are at the forefront of the industry, have accumulated over 9GW+ nationwide portfolio of projects that include a utility-scale fleet of grid-connected operating standalone battery storage assets. • This is a business critical role that will oversee the daily administration, compliance, and reporting of the company’s corporate credit agreements and debt instruments. • It also serves as a cross-functional liaison supporting accurate reconciliations, covenant compliance, and strategic financial planning aligned with corporate objectives. • They are committed to creating more renewable infrastructure solutions for the grid and are offering industry competitive compensation packages to their employees leading the drive to meet company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred. • 5–7+ years in corporate finance, treasury, or accounting, including 3–4+ years focused on corporate debt management and loan administration. • Strong knowledge of credit agreements, GAAP accounting for debt and interest capitalization, and capital project accounting. • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), treasury platforms, and credit agreement/debt management systems. • Advanced Excel skills and solid command of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Proven ability to work across departments with geographically dispersed, technical and non-technical teams. • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and exercising sound judgment with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. • Demonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to convey financial insights to diverse audiences.
