📋 Description
• Assess current application features and workflows to determine migration requirements. • Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with migration objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• 8 years of experience in application migration, preferably to ServiceNow. • Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions. • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and API integrations. • Strong understanding of databases, data migration techniques, and data mapping. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Good to have skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
