📋 Description

• Work directly with business stakeholders and non-technical executives to understand problems and desired outcomes • Convert ambiguous business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs • Uncover workflows, constraints, integrations, and success criteria • Rapidly build working prototypes and business applications using modern development tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted approaches • Evaluate and recommend SaaS products, custom development, and integrations • Deliver functional solutions focused on speed-to-outcome and business value • Identify gaps between rapidly developed applications and production-grade systems • Define production-readiness requirements for scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and monitoring • Collaborate with Full Stack Engineering teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions • Drive projects forward despite ambiguity, changing requirements, or technical obstacles • Demonstrate ownership and resourcefulness

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, or a related role • Hands-on experience with AI-powered software engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar • Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines • Experience with automated testing frameworks • Experience with agentic AI-driven quality assurance practices • Proven track record designing, building, and scaling complex cloud-native enterprise applications • Experience with distributed, microservices-based architectures • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Ability to architect and deploy solutions in multi-cloud environments • Strong full-stack engineering capabilities across frontend, backend, data, integrations, and cloud infrastructure • Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and integrating third-party platforms and APIs • Ability to apply AI technologies to accelerate software delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and scalability • Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical designs • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make practical solution recommendations • Strong understanding of software architecture fundamentals and production system requirements • Experience identifying and addressing gaps between prototype or vibe-coded applications and production systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to deliver outcomes under uncertainty
