📋 Description

• Define and drive content strategy across product experiences, from onboarding flows to advanced workflows • Craft clear, purposeful product content across interfaces and natural language experiences • Lead content design for complex initiatives • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to create cohesive, intuitive user experiences • Develop and scale voice and tone systems, content frameworks, and reusable patterns for consistency across products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shaping content for digital products, including UX writing, content design, or content strategy • Ability to design for both interface-based and conversational experiences, such as chatbots, voice assistants, or similar systems • Proven skill in designing conversational flows, including concepts like intent recognition, turn-taking, and fallback strategies • A user-centered approach to language • Strong foundation in building scalable voice and tone systems and structured content frameworks • Clear and collaborative communication style
