📋 Description

• Conduct online market research and collect relevant consumer and industry information. • Review customer opinions, surveys, product feedback, and market trends. • Assist with gathering qualitative and quantitative research data. • Analyze information and identify patterns, trends, and customer preferences. • Complete research assignments using provided instructions and guidelines. • Evaluate customer experiences with products, services, and digital platforms. • Prepare accurate summaries, reports, and research findings. • Maintain organized records of completed assignments and collected data. • Ensure all research activities are completed accurately and within project deadlines. • Maintain confidentiality of client information and research materials.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to research information using online resources. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools. • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone. • Previous experience in market research, customer service, surveys, data entry, quality assurance, or administrative support preferred. • Experience collecting and analyzing customer feedback. • Familiarity with spreadsheets, online research platforms, and reporting tools preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Interest in consumer behavior, business trends, and market insights.
