📋 Description

• Partner with project leaders and teams to understand objectives and obstacles • Help teams establish clear outcomes, roles, project charters, timelines, priorities, decision-making and ways of working • Coach project leaders with limited formal project-management or Agile experience • Improve collaboration across functions, reporting lines, organisational boundaries and countries • Identify obstacles, simplify ways of working and move stalled projects forward • Facilitate difficult conversations and resolve stakeholder tensions • Introduce appropriate tools, techniques and working practices without imposing a predetermined methodology • Coach people through practical work rather than simply delivering training or recommendations • Build team capability so teams can operate successfully without the coach • Capture learning from projects and contribute to scaling the Collaborative Ways of Working approach • Help increase project completion and reduce stalled or repeatedly restarting projects • Improve collaboration, project clarity, decision-making and practical leadership capability • Help teams manage disagreement and competing interests constructively • Reduce unnecessary complexity and create sustainable project and collaboration capability • Help projects create tangible business value

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience within organisational, business or Agile transformation • 5+ years' experience in a coaching, transformation or comparable change role • Strong hands-on experience working directly with project teams • Experience working with senior leaders and willingness to work at ground level with project teams • Strong understanding of project delivery and the practical mechanics required to move work from idea to outcome • Experience improving collaboration across functions, organisational boundaries and ideally countries • Experience within large, complex, multinational organisations • Ability to diagnose what is preventing a team from succeeding before proposing a solution • Confidence dealing with senior and challenging stakeholders • Ability to facilitate disagreement and navigate ambiguity • Experience of Lean, Agile, systems thinking, continuous improvement or similar approaches • Practical understanding of how AI can support teams, collaboration, decision-making and project delivery • Adaptive, practical, confident, human, pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity • Must be based in Europe and able to work to Central European time zones • Must not require sponsorship to be based in a European country • Must not be seeking to work remotely from outside Europe
