📋 Description

• Identify, hire, and cultivate relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating agreements to maximize mutual benefits, and process the existing database of partners. • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and finance teams to ensure affiliate initiatives support overall business objectives. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. • Continuously improve affiliate program processes, ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines and best practices for scalability. • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the partner network and build valuable affiliate relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry; • Previous experience driving traffic from Netherlands. • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly in the iGaming sector. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using affiliate tracking and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business goals. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential. • Upper Intermediate in written and spoken English.
