📋 Description

• As Head of Sales, you take responsibility for our entire sales strategy and make a decisive contribution to the company’s success. • You develop tailored processes and employ modern methods and tools to achieve our ambitious targets. • You act as the sales team’s primary motivator, establish clear communication structures and responsibilities, and ensure close collaboration with other departments. • By engaging frequently with external stakeholders, you stay up to date on market developments and share insights—for example, to help Marketing optimize product positioning. • You work closely with executive management and provide Product Management with valuable insights. You also represent the company convincingly in internal and external presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior sales role within SaaS and B2B. • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies. • Experience in key account management. • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire. • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level).
