📋 Description
• Consulting on and implementing Cloud and on-prem solutions for customers • Aligning complex requirements between customer needs and technical feasibility • Identifying and leveraging optimization, cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Carrying out consulting projects and providing technical support during implementations • Analyzing and preparing customer feedback and project insights for product teams and management • Monitoring technology trends and assessing their relevance to our business • Presenting our solutions in webinars and client meetings and supporting technical content creation
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in IT consulting or technical consulting, ideally with SaaS products • Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise IT environments such as Azure or AWS • Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies and topics • Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences (from IT admins to management) • Independent, structured and proactive working style with a view of the bigger picture • A good sense for technically driven developments relevant to the business • Confident presence, team spirit, and very good German and English skills
