📋 Description

• Recruit experienced Licensed Supervisors who are motivated to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists • Guide and mentor emerging therapists, providing supervision • Enable associate therapists to provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community and accumulate clinical hours for full licensure

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work • A valid LICSW license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
