📋 Description

• Engage regularly with Government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance • Jointly create success plans with government personnel to deliver value • Collaborate with government personnel to identify their specific business challenges • Partner with government customers to help gain executive sponsorship • Ensure users are trained appropriately and define mutual strategies for adoption • Capture value delivered to government customers and develop a joint roadmap • Proactively address customer needs and identify opportunities for expansion • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology, attorneys, or legal professionals • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting with legal technology, Account Management, or a related role • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • A proactive, personable approach to problem-solving • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
