📋 Description

• Act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. • Work both independently and collaboratively, managing several projects in parallel. • Assist with pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and prospect scoping. • Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications. • Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets. • Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing. • Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions. • Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting. • Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects. • Contribute to project planning and timeline management. • Resolve customer support issues effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations. • Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients. • Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications. • Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets. • Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
