• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business needs and compliance requirements. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution narratives tailored to global trade personas. • Support RFP responses and solution architecture discussions. • Collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and shape deal strategy. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to onboarding and enablement programs. • Provide structured feedback to product teams to influence roadmap decisions. • Maintain demo environments and develop reusable assets for presales engagements. • Partner with marketing and product marketing to refine messaging and positioning. • Ability to be agile with time zones when working with internal partners from time to time.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global trade, supply chain, or trade compliance. • Strong understanding of trade operations, customs regulations, and import/export processes. • Proficiency in SaaS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Artificial Intelligence. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field (preferred). • Experience with Thomson Reuters Global Trade or similar platforms. • Experience in Sales, Presales, or Customer Success. • Familiarity with ERP integrations and API-based architectures (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Creative problem-solving mindset and customer-first orientation.
