📋 Description

• Research, write and maintain clear, current, and practical legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs • Review and edit content written by others • Keep up to date with legal, practice, and market developments • Use legal expertise to support the development of customer-focused Thomson Reuters' AI-powered legal solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and industry groups to ensure content reflects current market practice • Assist the wider Thomson Reuters team, working with product management, sales, marketing, and technology functions where necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction • At least 8 years' experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house • Extensive experience in Corporate law (entity formation and ongoing governance) and M&A agreements • Strong writing skills • Ability to work effectively independently and in teams • Strong technical skills and ability to utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies • Experience of using AI tools in legal work
