📋 Description

• Research, write and maintain clear, current and practical legal content aligned with market practice, customer needs and business objectives • Review and edit content written by colleagues and external expert contributors • Monitor legal, practice and market developments to keep content accurate and relevant • Use legal expertise to support development of Thomson Reuters' AI-powered legal solutions • Support development and application of internal AI editorial tools • Develop and maintain understanding of the legal market, customers, emerging needs and competitors • Interact with customers, consultation boards and contributors • Collaborate across business functions on strategies, products, sales, marketing and technology development • Attend training events, conferences and talks and network with customers, potential customers and industry leaders • Help develop Practical Law Italy and Practical Law more generally • Provide specialist legal knowledge to product management, sales, marketing and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Italian qualified lawyer (avvocato) • Must be Italian bar qualified • At least 5 years' post-qualification experience working as an employment lawyer (avvocato) in a law firm or in-house in Italy • Substantial experience of Italian employment law • Excellent writing and communication skills in English • Passion for writing about legal practice accurately, concisely and in plain English • Strong technical skills and ability to utilise various tools, including generative AI technologies • Adaptability and flexibility to work on diverse projects and tasks within the generative AI space and new and emerging technologies • Experience of using AI tools in legal work • Excellent knowledge of online research databases • Proficient translation skills from Italian to English and vice versa (desirable) • Ability to work independently and in teams • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse teams • Comfortable working with ambiguity and in a matrixed environment
