📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to software development squads, promoting engineering excellence and high-quality deliveries • Act as the primary technical reference for teams composed of developers and QA professionals • Support the team in defining scalable, secure architectural solutions aligned with the company’s technology strategies • Ensure the adoption of software engineering best practices, development standards, code review and technical quality • Serve as a mentor to developers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing • Work in partnership with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions • Identify and eliminate technical risks, technical debt and opportunities for continuous improvement in products and processes • Lead technical discussions, refinements, estimations and the definition of implementation strategies • Support initiatives related to technology modernization, observability, performance, automation and application reliability • Ensure high levels of quality, stability and security of solutions delivered by the squads.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software engineering • Proven experience working as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or in technical leadership positions for development teams • Advanced knowledge of application development using Java and modern frameworks within the Java ecosystem • Strong experience in data modeling, and in developing and optimizing SQL queries • Experience with distributed systems architecture, REST APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations • Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary, product-oriented teams • Knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous integration and delivery pipeline automation • Experience with code review, automated testing and engineering practices focused on software quality • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentoring and developing technical professionals • Advanced English for participation in meetings, alignments and collaboration with global teams.
