â˘Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch to meet business requirements. â˘Optimize and maintain existing WordPress sites for security, speed, performance, and scalability. â˘Contribute across platformsâour websites, blogs, and mobile web channels. â˘Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that aligns with modern development standards. â˘Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement accessible and responsive front-end features. â˘Manage deployment workflows using CI/CD tools and best practices. â˘Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
đŻ Requirements
â˘5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development. â˘Expert in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL. â˘Proven experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. â˘Solid understanding of WordPress core architecture, including hooks, filters, and the REST API. â˘Proficient in Gutenberg block development using React/JSX. â˘Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). â˘Ability to debug complex issues across the full stack. â˘Experience with performance optimization techniques (caching, CDNs, asset minification, etc.). â˘Familiarity with SEO best practices in a WordPress context.
