📋 Description

•Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch to meet business requirements. •Optimize and maintain existing WordPress sites for security, speed, performance, and scalability. •Contribute across platforms—our websites, blogs, and mobile web channels. •Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that aligns with modern development standards. •Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement accessible and responsive front-end features. •Manage deployment workflows using CI/CD tools and best practices. •Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development. •Expert in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL. •Proven experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. •Solid understanding of WordPress core architecture, including hooks, filters, and the REST API. •Proficient in Gutenberg block development using React/JSX. •Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). •Ability to debug complex issues across the full stack. •Experience with performance optimization techniques (caching, CDNs, asset minification, etc.). •Familiarity with SEO best practices in a WordPress context.
