📋 Description

• Prepare and processing of client's expenses, bank statements • Reconciliations of balance sheets and profit and loss - Monthly, Quarterly and Annually • Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns- (Independent, Company and Trust Tax Returns) ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations • Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) • Review and update workflow reports to manage and track the status of client projects • Supporting with accounting, taxation, and business advisory research and technical advisory work for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with an Australian accounting/financial firm • Proficient in using XERO and Quick books and utilizing tax software and tools such as HandiSoft • Extensive experience in preparing and filing tax returns, BAS, and IAS for Australian clients • Has excellent organization skills, can work and prepare reports for multiple client's • Excellent verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt • Thorough understanding of Australian tax codes, regulations, and reporting requirements
