📋 Description

• Research prospective customers and create outreach strategies • Conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers • Identify sales opportunities and position Thrive Squad's value proposition • Conduct high volume prospecting through calls, emails, and social media • Schedule discovery meetings for Management • Conduct needs qualification calls with prospects • Help real estate brokers/agents identify operations to leverage their time

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of high achievement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous successful sales experience • Ability to work independently and create your own path to success • Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals • Naturally curious and passionate • Technical aptitude to utilize tools like Pipedrive • Keen competitive nature • Self-driven motivation • Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection • Previous sales experience to meet/exceed quotas (plus but not required)
