• Guide Christians and others who align with Thrivent’s mission and values to create and maintain their financial plans, enabling lives of service and faith • Meet with clients virtually to provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs • Have access to a large existing client base, and have the ability to help your friends, family and natural market • Access robust tools like the Thrivent Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro® and Morningstar® • Get the support of collaborative culture with colleagues who want you to be successful and are willing to help you do so • Flexibility to work from home

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Military veterans are encouraged to apply • The following licenses must be currently active or obtained within 90 days of hire - Life and Health, Series 7, Series 66 • State insurance licensed and appointed in life, health and variable lines of authority or obtained within 90 days • Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states • Sales experience • Previous experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM), financial planning, consultative sales models (or similar strategies) is an advantage • Satisfactory background check (criminal and financial)
