📋 Description

• Work remotely to provide clinical supervision to our employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. • Provide a minimum of 1 time/month supervision (20-30 minutes) per NP using Zoom link provided by Thriveworks. • Availability via text/email to answer questions is required M-F during business hours with a response within the same business day. • Chart/Progress note review as required by state laws and governing bodies • Provider may request additional supervision of NP based on clinical need or complexity of NP practice • Completion of a short 1-page Google Document after monthly supervision for each collaborating NP • Stay knowledgeable of company policies and program guidelines • Complete annual training as required by the HR department

🎯 Requirements

• BC/BE in Psychiatry • Active and Unrestricted Licenses in GA • A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levels • Must be willing to take a minimum of 4 NP’s • No malpractice payout, licensure disciplinary action, or criminal/professional investigations in the last 5 years • You must have a compact license or be willing to get one or be licensed in multiple states.
