📋 Description

• Own the patterns, flows, and component compositions that power product experiences across iOS, Android, and web. • Design and ship reusable components with a high bar for craft. • Define and maintain platform-native interaction patterns. • Evolve Thumbprint over time to keep pace with modern UI patterns. • Create clear, opinionated documentation and usage guidance. • Enable teams to adopt and extend the design system through onboarding and hands-on partnership. • Collaborate with technical partners to ensure Thumbprint works within AI-driven workflows. • Work closely with Engineering partners to define and maintain parity between design components in Figma and their coded implementation. • Contribute to the naming, taxonomy, and structure so Thumbprint is legible and usable by both people and AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience. • Deep familiarity with platform conventions across iOS, Android, and web. • High craft bar for visual design and component work. • Expert-level Figma skills. • Comfortable working across the design-to-code workflow. • Strong written communication skills. • Active interest in how design systems evolve in AI-driven product development. • Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
