📋 Description
• Serve as the day-to-day finance partner for business and provider teams • Own recurring FP&A processes including monthly reporting, budget-to-actuals, and board deliverables • Help evolve our long-term financial model • Maintain a clean, investor-ready model • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Recruiting, and Accounting
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of finance experience (FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related) • Strong Excel and modeling skills • Experience creating recurring reports and presenting insights • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operators and accounting teams
