Thynk. Cloud is a vertical SaaS company that builds hospitality management software on the Salesforce platform, helping hotels manage groups & events, sales data, and analytics to improve operations and guest service. Founded in 2019 by experienced SaaS founders, it is a remote-first, global team that raised a $13M Series A to scale internationally and target the large hospitality market. The product is aimed at hoteliers and hospitality businesses seeking modern, integrated tools for sales, operations, and reporting.

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of 5-7 parallel customer implementations: from kickoff and discovery through configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and handover to Customer Success. • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risk, and dependencies — keeping every project on track and inside its envelope, flagging issues early. • Run weekly customer status meetings and steering committees, producing clear written status updates, and handling change requests with discipline. • Coordinate the internal team (SF Specialists, Implementation Leads, Support Services, Technical Services). • Use AI agents (Claude Cowork, Code) and lightweight automation to scale across active projects: auto-draft status emails, summarize calls, chase RAID items, populate tracker fields. • Build predictive workflows on top of project data: spotting slippage patterns early, forecasting timeline and burn, surfacing risk before it becomes a fire. • Drive escalations both internally and with customers: surfacing problems early, proposing options, and getting decisions made.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Project Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, or consulting. • Fluent in core PM disciplines: scope management, timeline planning, risk register, RAID logs, status reporting, change management. • Experience running multiple projects in parallel, able to context-switch without dropping balls. • AI-curious and AI-active: experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or eagerness to start. • Clear communication in English (written and spoken), comfortable with customers, including senior stakeholders. • Comfortable with modern PM tooling (Precursive, Rocketlane, Jira, Monday, Notion, Smartsheet — any combination). • EU-based (UK or France preferred; remote-EU welcome) with working-hours overlap with both our EU team and our US-East customers. • Operate well in a remote, async, multi-cultural environment, take ownership without needing micro-management.
