• Provide professional support to clients via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. • Assist clients with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general account-related inquiries. • Resolve issues related to trading platforms, account management, trade execution, and technical functionality. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support. • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. • Educate clients on the company's products, trading platforms, tools, and available resources. • Ensure all client interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales role within a regulated financial services company. • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. • College or University degree. • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • High level of professionalism, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and team spirit. • Positive, can-do attitude. • Flexibility to work on public holidays. • Availability to work the evening shifts only (15:00 - 23:00 Dubai Time Zone).
