• Implementar la arquitectura de Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Gestionar la lógica de "memoria" y contexto • Monitorear la calidad de las respuestas e implementar pruebas y salvaguardas para detectar sesgos • Colaborar estrechamente con el AI Content Product Manager para traducir requisitos
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ años en desarrollo de software • Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia específica en proyectos de Machine Learning, NLP o integración de LLMs • Experiencia probada en LLMs, RAG, Python (avanzado) • Familiaridad con LangChain y Bases de Datos Vectoriales (ej. ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone)
