📋 Description

• Join Tieto Tech Consulting as a Middle DevOps Engineer • Work with a multinational telecommunications customer delivering network infrastructure and digital services worldwide • Contribute to a centralized checksum-based artifact repository service built on the JFrog Platform (Artifactory and Xray) with custom plugins • Maintain platform infrastructure across multiple production environments • Automate deployments and upgrades • Monitor services and resolve incidents • Provide operational support for users • Work as a full-fledged member of a DevSecOps Agile team • Apply Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, Linux, Git, Jenkins, Gradle, Docker, Ansible, and test automation frameworks • Follow Agile and DevOps industry best practices and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong DevOps Engineer background • Excellent knowledge of Linux, including shell scripting • Proficiency with software package managers (rpm, war, docker, helm, npm, etc.) • Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot Java applications/JVM, including thread dumps, heap dumps, and stack traces • Proficiency with automation and scripting, such as Python, shell, and Groovy • Proficiency with servlet containers such as Tomcat • Proficiency with Web Services (REST/SOAP) • Good knowledge of relational databases (Postgres/SQL) • Experience with microservice management and deployment using Docker • Experience with CI/CD testing frameworks and E2E testing • Front-end development knowledge (Apache, Nginx) is an advantage • Version control tools knowledge (Git, Gerrit) is an advantage • Monitoring and troubleshooting Java applications on live systems using CheckMK, Prometheus/Grafana, VisualVM, JConsole, or Glowroot is an advantage • Must provide a CV or LinkedIn profile • Final candidates undergo background checks
