📋 Description

• Configure and maintain software applications and system settings • Manage configuration baselines across development, testing, and production environments • Ensure all changes are accurate, documented, and approved • Support software releases and deployment activities • Maintain configuration records, versioning, and release documentation • Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure consistency across builds • Develop and maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and runbooks • Ensure alignment with internal standards, security requirements, and best practices • Work with Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Customer Support teams • Support implementation teams with configuration troubleshooting • Diagnose and resolve configuration-related issues across environments • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions • Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and automation • Contribute to enhancements in release and configuration management • Configure multi-tenant SaaS environments and manage feature flags/settings • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments • Maintain configuration matrices and traceability across embedded systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience • Experience in a software development or SaaS environment • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and structured release processes • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple configurations • Experience with embedded or real-time systems and environment management • Understanding of change control and deployment processes • Experience supporting enterprise, on-prem, or hybrid systems • Ability to collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams
