📋 Description

• Writing clean, maintainable code across modern stacks (depending on team/project) • Using GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot daily as part of your development workflow • Building internal prompts, templates, and workflows to boost developer productivity • Supporting the engineering team with AI-assisted code reviews and debugging • Helping to integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and documentation processes • Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Copilot and LLMs • Contributing to feature development, testing, and iterative improvements • Sharing best practice on using Copilot effectively and responsibly.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Software Developer (any modern language) • Comfortable working with Git, IDEs, and modern development workflows • Familiar with (or eager to learn) tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar AI assistants • Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to experiment with new tech • Good understanding of software development principles (OOP, testing, version control) • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
