📋 Description
• Own and evolve our CI/CD infrastructure across TimescaleDB, Toolkit, Data Tiering, and Tiger Lake built with GitHub Actions. • Take full ownership of the release process with a focus on automation and making releases a no-op. • Drive the packaging process. • Extend and maintain a comprehensive testing infrastructure to validate TimescaleDB performance and compatibility against Cloud environments. • Design and implement stress testing infrastructure from the ground up. Execute stress tests, analyze results, and own the signals—feeding regression insights back to engineering teams. • Take ownership of our benchmarking framework and elevate it to the next level of sophistication and reliability.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record as a Senior Release Engineer, QA Lead, or similar role with end-to-end ownership of release processes • Deep expertise with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD practices • Strong Python skills for building automation, tooling, and infrastructure • Hands-on experience operating PostgreSQL in production environments • You have experience with TimescaleDB (Nice to Have) • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (Nice to Have)
