📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects. • Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, priorities, timelines, and milestones. • Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. • Drive Agile project delivery across cross-functional teams. • Remove blockers and keep projects on track. • Translate business requirements into technical execution plans. • Create project documentation, track metrics, and continuously improve delivery processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience supporting software engineering teams. • 5+ years in a SaaS or technology company. • 3+ years leading Agile software development projects. • Experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery. • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar project management tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Nice to Have PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams. • Experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS organizations. • Ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity.
