📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects • Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, priorities, timelines, and milestones • Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications • Drive Agile project delivery across cross-functional teams • Remove blockers and keep projects on track • Translate business requirements into technical execution plans • Create project documentation, track metrics, and continuously improve delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience supporting software engineering teams • 5+ years in a SaaS or technology company • 3+ years leading Agile software development projects • Experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar project management tools • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is nice to have • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams is nice to have • Experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS organizations is nice to have • Ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity is nice to have
