📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain key platform features used daily by thousands of users • Work full‑stack on end‑to‑end features: build high-performance interfaces in React / Next.js • Design robust, scalable APIs in Node.js / Nest.js • Create and evolve microservices to meet functional needs and support platform scaling • Optimize application performance (real‑time, state management, large data flows) • Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Backend teams to contribute to architectural choices and technical decisions • Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality: implement and maintain automated tests • Refactor and improve coding standards • Participate in code reviews • Take part in the technical design of new features and proactively propose architectural evolutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑stack development • Excellent command of React and Next.js • Solid experience with Node.js (Nest.js is a plus) • Good understanding of service-oriented architectures, asynchronous communication and scalability challenges • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modeling principles • Strong commitment to code quality • Technical curiosity and willingness to participate in architectural decisions • Motivated to work on a product used daily by many users with real business impact • Experience in a cloud environment (AWS, CI/CD, containerization) is a plus • Additional appreciated experience: React Native • Experience with real-time features • Product sensibility and close collaboration with Design & Product teams
