📋 Description

• Engage early and pre-qualify customers at the start of their homebuilding journey • Own the relationship as the primary mortgage advisor from initial consultation through closing • Execute construction-to-perm loans by structuring and originating the permanent financing • Clearly communicate options and strategies to drive confidence and affordability • Partner with builder sales teams to integrate financing into the homebuying process • Ensure a smooth process by coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in mortgage origination (construction or builder lending preferred) • Active NMLS license (Texas required; additional states a plus) • Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and construction-to-perm lending • Consultative approach to guide customers through complex decisions • Comfortable working closely with builder sales teams
