• Lead and strengthen data engineering capabilities in the APAC region • Ensure consistent, scalable, and standardized data practices across APAC • Uplift and maintain local data systems to align with global standards • Build and manage ETL/data pipelines primarily using Databricks • Implement and manage platform infrastructure resources (Terraform, dbt) • Collaborate with and be supported by the US/global data engineering team
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Databricks for ETL and data pipeline work • Hands-on experience with Terraform • Proficiency with dbt • Experience building out and managing platform infrastructure resources • Comfortable working in a globally distributed, remote team • Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide leadership within a regional data engineering context
