📋 Description

• Deliver white-glove IT support to teammates across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas — from quick wins to complex troubleshooting. • Own global SaaS administration across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and 1Password — managing access, integrations, and renewals for 450+ employees. • Oversee device logistics and management for a distributed workforce — partnering with GroWrk, CDW, Kandji, and Intune to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding. • Strengthen our security and compliance posture by supporting SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, and quarterly access reviews — while deploying and maintaining tools for EDR, DLP, and SIEM. • Build IT automations and integrations that make our workflows smarter, faster, and easier. • Contribute to infrastructure and project work, from migrations and tool rollouts to documenting scalable IT processes. • Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, translating technical challenges into clear, human solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering or Support, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment. • Proven success supporting remote and globally distributed teams across multiple time zones. • Strong troubleshooting skills — from “my laptop won’t turn on” to advanced SSO and authentication issues. • Mastery of core tools: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, Kandji, Intune, and Vanta. • Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, CIS, NIST). • Excellent written and verbal communication — especially in async channels like Slack and email. • Empathy and patience that make every support interaction feel seen and valued. • Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in finding answers, and motivated by helping others succeed.
