📋 Description
• Recruitment and selection routines • Plan and conduct training sessions • Monitor commercial field activities and provide feedback on team guidance and development • Conduct checks with process managers, such as onboarding new employees, monitoring work climate, and other actions planned in partnership with management • Integrate new managers into departmental routines • Participate in strategic meetings to support and contribute with data, information, and insights related to people management, the business model, and new projects • Provide support for external training requests (corporate requests and/or from other areas).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology • Previous experience in the Business Partner (BP) model preferred • Availability for frequent travel
