• Own how our brand is visually represented across all marketing channels • Apply and evolve brand guidelines for multiple formats and platforms • Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and design elements • Turn campaign briefs into polished, on-brand creative • Design assets for web, social, email, ads, sales enablement, and events • Adapt creative for different platforms, optimizing for performance • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign concepts • Visualize product value propositions and go-to-market launches • Deliver timely, high-quality assets that meet campaign goals • Bring fresh, modern design approaches that reflect current trends • Advocate for user-centered, data-informed creative decisions • Explore motion graphics and multimedia to push creative boundaries
• 5+ years of professional design experience in a B2B SaaS or tech marketing environment • Strong portfolio with B2B SaaS examples showcasing diverse digital and print work • Advanced proficiency in Figma (our main design tool) • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects (similar tools a plus) • Strong background in graphic, layout, asset, event, and web design • Experience creating infographics, marketing visuals, and presentations • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, WordPress , and basic HTML/CSS (StoryBlok Headless CMS a bonus) • Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles • Excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment (some timezone overlap preferred) • Keen eye for clean, modern design that fits the SaaS space.
