🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations — or a role involving CRM workflows, automation, or data. • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or similar is an advantage. • Likewise, an understanding of SaaS metrics. • A self-starter, comfortable with structured problem solving and thinking through systems and logic. • Organized and methodical, with an eye for detail and documentation. • A great communicator — collaborative, clear, and eager to help others succeed but also happy to challenge team thinking through data insights. • A growth mindset — excited to learn new tools, concepts, and champion best practices.
