📋 Description

• Provide therapy and support to the students, faculty, and staff • Offer therapy for the members served, partner to identify needs • Collaborate and develop treatment plans • Guide members to appropriate TimelyCare services when necessary • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams to support care continuation • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Bilingual or Multilingual providers who fluently speak any of the following languages: Arabic, Mandarin and/or Spanish • Active State License(s) • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning • Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
