• We're building the biggest digital board game platform on the internet. • As a Product Manager at Colonist, you’ll own high-impact product work across mobile and web. • You’ll turn player insights into smart, scalable solutions. • Drive strategy, execution, and outcomes for a game played by millions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in gaming • Proficiency in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and user segmentation • Strong experience with user interviews, playtesting, and qualitative analysis • Deep understanding of mobile product development and UX best practices • Clear, structured written communication for async collaboration • SQL proficiency (joins, group by) for data-driven decision making • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, scope, and deliver product improvements quickly • Familiarity with game design, player behavior, and motivating user engagement
