📋 Description

• Support the User Helpdesk team with 1st-level support requests • Receive IT requests and incident reports via phone, ticketing system or email • Hybrid role with time spent working remotely and at the office in Erkrath • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware • Manage the entire hardware and software lifecycle • Document requests, issues and resolutions in the ticketing system • Assist users with all IT-related questions and collaborate with other IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification • At least three years of experience in IT support/help desk • Experience with ticketing tools • Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B1) • Excellent knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office • Knowledge of IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach • Ability to work self-motivated and contribute constructively within a team
