📋 Description

• As a Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/d) you are part of our Corporate IT area and translate business objectives and functional requirements into holistic end-to-end solutions within our MS Dynamics 365 landscape. • Depending on your place of residence, you will either work together with your team at the headquarters in Erkrath twice a week or you have the option to work up to 100% remotely. • You are responsible for the solution architecture and the overall design across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, Dataverse). • You also analyze and optimize existing process and system landscapes with a focus on the scalability of the D365 system landscape. • You are responsible for analyzing and evaluating requirements and contribute to make-or-buy decisions in the D365 context, using standards and best practices. • In addition, you recommend solution approaches with regard to sustainability, maintainability, scalability and total cost of ownership, and assess technical and functional risks with respect to the solution architecture. • You act as a sparring partner for the business, product owners and IT stakeholders to develop and align solution options and to ensure technical feasibility. • You support decision-making processes and escalations and facilitate workshops and decision meetings. • Defining and ensuring functional guardrails as well as enforcing standards and best practices for the further development of the D365 landscape are part of your responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. • You have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. • You have strong knowledge of both the CRM and, ideally, the ERP areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365. • You bring a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in CRM and ERP systems. • You also have experience in solution architecture and working with integration scenarios, Dataverse and connected systems. • You are able to analyze complex business requirements and communicate them clearly. • You act confidently as a sparring partner at management and IT levels. • To ensure good communication within your team, you have very good German and good English skills.
