📋 Description

• Lead the strategic alignment of affiliate marketing initiatives with client objectives, ensuring that recommendations drive performance and growth. • Engage with key client stakeholders to discuss affiliate strategies, offering insights to enhance program effectiveness. • Oversee the seamless onboarding and transitions of affiliate marketing accounts, introducing innovative strategies to expand reach and revenue. • Ensure that affiliate tracking and ad operations are accurately delivered, partnering with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance. • Provide coaching and feedback to affiliate team members, ensuring that they meet performance goals and deliver optimal results. • Collaborate with leadership to set financial targets for affiliate programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI. • Monitor affiliate program margins and ensure financial goals are met. • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and industry shifts to implement innovative tactics that enhance performance. • Drive thought leadership by introducing cutting-edge strategies to improve affiliate campaign effectiveness. • Equip clients with the knowledge to confidently discuss affiliate marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Affiliate roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns • Management experience required. • Expertise in leading Affiliate platforms and tools required • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
