📋 Description
• Manage billing for enterprise-level clients • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to validate billing inputs • Review and maintain billing schedules, perform reconciliations • Identify inefficiencies or recurring billing issues and drive solutions • Support month-end close processes by ensuring timely revenue recognition
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5+ years of direct billing, including managing enterprise-level accounts with complex contracts • Familiarity with ERP and billing systems; Salesforce and Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, error checking) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
