📋 Description

• Embed with banking clients to deeply understand their workflows, constraints, regulatory context, and the strategic outcomes they're chasing • Translate ambiguous business problems into specific, testable hypotheses — then design and ship the solution against them • Own product decisions on live engagements: scope, sequencing, UX, what to build vs. what to leverage from the Titan platform • Build full-stack, leaning on UI/UX and front-end craft to deliver client-facing experiences that feel native and trusted • Run agentic workflows end-to-end: design the agent, configure the toolkit, evaluate, ship, iterate • Codify what you learn into reusable patterns, playbooks, and platform feedback so the next engagement starts further down the field • Partner with the broader Titan team — platform, GTM, ops — and represent the client's reality back to product and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• A builder first. • Strong product and UX instinct. • Fluent (or fluent-curious) in banking. • Client-ready. • Comfortable owning workstreams. • Hypothesis-driven. • Prompt and context engineering experience. • Full-stack development with a stronger spike in UI/UX and front-end. • Hands-on experience building agents using LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents, and model-provider SDKs. • Working knowledge of agent search patterns. • Familiarity with eval and training loops for AI agents. • Exposure to AI security primitives.
